eBooks require software or apps to be able to read it on your PC, Mac, laptop, eBook reader, tablet, or phone. This page will give you instructions how to enjoy your purchase.

First, to download right away from the Dropbox link sent to you or download them here!

Immediately after ordering, you will receive an email with a link to a Dropbox folder. Each bundle has multiple eBooks and each eBook has:

  • a PDF version (for larger screens like desktops, laptops, and tablets)
  • and an ePub version (for most other eBook apps)
  • You will also get all the Japanese in sound files in MP3 format.
  • Many also include Anki flashcard decks which require the free Anki software.

You do not have to have a Dropbox account to access or download the files.

We use Dropbox simply because it’s one of the easiest ways to let you view or download individual files—or even the whole batch—from just about any device.
There are a few limitations: for example, downloading all files at once only works from a computer (not mobile devices), since phones and tablets usually can’t handle ZIP files well.
That said, our Dropbox folders always have the latest versions, and you can access them anytime from any device.

To download the full folder, follow these steps on a computer:
  1. Click the Dropbox link we sent you.
  2. In the Dropbox folder, click the Download button.

3. When the popup appears, click "Or continue with download only" at the bottom.

If the popup doesn’t appear, your browser may be blocking popups. Try enabling them temporarily or use a different browser.
We know Dropbox isn’t perfect, but after testing a few options, it’s still the easiest way for most people to access everything across multiple devices.
Hope that helps!
Thanks so much,
Clay

Which format is right for my device?

Basically, our recommendation is to use the PDF for larger screens (computers, laptops, and tablets), ePub for most smaller screens.
